REY NOE F. FABIC, PE
Principal
Rey has 24 years of experience in civil engineering industry that includes 21year record of hands-on experience related to planning design of civil infrastructure, highways, low impact development, superfund and environmental projects for government and private-sector clients based in Australia, Los Angeles California and Hawaii. Experience includes managing the design of multiple projects in transportation Infrastructure, energy sector, mining, urban development, public works improvement, military facilities, airports, bridges, breakwater, storm water management, drainage and underground utilities.
In Los Angeles projects he has extensive experience and capabilities in designing complex projects from various Los Angeles Unified School Districts taking significant roles in grading design, dry utility design, ADA path of travel requirements, stormwater management, LID (Low Impact Development) and Off-site improvement.
He was a Project Manager and Senior Road Designer in various major highway projects in Victoria Australia such as duplicate highway, overtaking lanes and roundabout. One of his favorite was the 11.5km Princess Highway Duplication interconnected with six intersections.
In energy sector he was in-charged as Design Manager in a Geothermal Power Plant project in Southern Philippines and participated a major role working with project director, project manager and construction manager in a daily basis.
In Fabic Engineering, Rey is working with reputable clients and developer in the country as consultant and adviser delivering civil engineering plans for residential and energy projects. Simultaneously, he leads working with Hawaii client as a design support delivering quality drawings in residential, agricultural, drainage, erosion control, floodplain management and stormwater quality in a full time arraignment.
