As a civil engineer, they will just learn the principle and understand the skillset that they could surface in the industry with confidence and accountability. They will feel the impact every time they immerse themselves in a project covered with responsibility, conviction, and humility.
He uncovered the secret of civil engineering to the graduating class of 2025 and discussed the significance of civil engineering to a modern society by standing as a pillar in building a sustainable infrastructure to elevate quality of life.

Just Awarded Ten Residential Projects
In the residential industry, Raemulan Land, Inc. has been our key client since 2018. We had delivered significant blueprints for various projects situated in strategic neighborhoods closer to commercial complexes in Cavite, Laguna, and Bulacan.
Propitiously, in December 2024, a week prior to the Christmas season, Raemulan Land, Inc. has awarded Fabic Engineering Services with ten (10) sustainable projects mixed of residential and condominium with the total area of 76.26 hectares that will help build social development and a livable community.
Conquering the North
Vhermosa Bright Incorporated had awarded a new luxury residential farm project away from Cavite. Conquering the North is one of the most exciting projects we are undertaking this year. Situated in the southern part of Pangasinan, in between mountains and rolling terrain, grassy hills, neat farms, and a deep lake that blends the water surface with the sky.
By dint of the experience of the whole team, everything is amazing, and they are willing to come back when needed.
New Client, new project
Taking advantage of the opportunities arising from the luxury farm lot industry from VHermosa Bright Corporation, a real estate development established in 2022 devoted to building leisure farm communities that provide the best modern luxurious amenities situated in Indang, Cavite.
And finally, after several months of tendering. This early October, Fabic Engineering signed a contract to develop the detailed engineering design of the access road, drainage, and controlled earthworks of Phase 4 and 5 of East-West Breeze Leisure Farm in Barangay Daine, Indang, Cavite.
Agapeya Town Majada Project
This is another tricky grading project located in Brgy. Majada, Calamba, Laguna, from Raemulan Land, Inc., is a 23-hectare medium-cost dwelling that would require enormous excavation and embankment to balance earthworks and attain a flatter surface to minimize grade variation for lots and roads. amenities, linear parks, and open areas for future developments.
Substation Design for a Solar Farm Project
Fabic Engineering Services believes in the power of connection and collaboration, and we seek to build relationships with other specialists in engineering that mean something for the company. A month ago we were fortunate to support a foreign consultant, SL Engineers Inc., in the preparation of detailed civil, structural, and architectural designs of a substation expansion and a new PV substation for the massive solar farm project under SPNEC.
Civil Engineer has always a solution
After the notice to proceed was served, it is our obligation to visit the site, especially in critical projects like Pagsinag Place East under the development of Raemulan Land Inc. Careful understanding of the terrain condition to alter the natural landscape into a flatter one, resulting in minimal grade variation for a residential development satisfying BP220 of the HLURB standard, will lead to an enormous embankment.
Solving Slope Protection Failure
If you built a great working experience with mindful engineers in the past. And you need experts like geotechnical engineers for a special case project. You were not going anywhere but to go back to your old connections. This project is a slope protection of one of the residential subdivisions under Borland Development Corporation.
First project from Hawaii Client
Maniniowali Phase 3 in the Big Island of Hawaii is a luxury residential project situated on a volcanic ground surface next to the Kona Coast. This is the first project of Fabic Engineering Services after a reputable civil engineering company in Hawaii entered into an agreement to utilize Fabic Engineering skills and talents in civil engineering design on a full-time basis. The scope of works includes mass grading of 21 lots, access roads and cul-de-sac design, pad grading, driveway, drainage, berm design, and balancing earthworks.
After the site development was completed, the developer started to build luxury modern houses on each lot, and Fabic Engineering had requested again to assist in the civil engineering design of each building pad, including fine grading design, dry wells, driveways, retaining walls, and earthworks based on the architect's landscape.

Antipolo rest house project in Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City, is an architects' ambitious dwellings project along the top of ridges conceptualized to enjoy stunning vistas of green valleys or wooden forests below. The biggest hurdles that boil down to this kind of challenge are the earthworks, driveway gradient, and building foundations.

Land grading is a passion
Pasinaya Home Prime South, located in Naic, Cavite, is a ten-hectare residential project. This kind of project offers challenges in grading design that exactly Fabic Engineering wants to be involved in. Fabic Engineering is a master in sculpting the earth's surface into a smooth and flat usable surface for a purpose. Grading is a balance of earthworks to optimize existing dirt and minimize or eliminate importing dirt for value engineering. It is an action of cutting dirt from higher spots and using it to fill in low spots; thus, it is known as “cut and fill” grading. The main intent is to create a smooth landscape free of variations in elevation. This will prepare a finished surface for laying building foundations, roads, lawns, and cover plants.
The secondary purpose of grading is to design a slope of the finish surface away from the buildings and provide a low spot conveyed into an effective long-term water drainage system and prevent damage to the topography and the buildings.

Site visit is essential in critical project like Pagsinag Place East. By understanding the terrain condition, to alter the natural landscape into minimal grade variation for a residential development will lead into enormous embankment.

FES has various experience in diverse projects set in a complex terrain, optimizing earthworks. We are experts in designing and sculpting ground surfaces for house pads, access roads, and other related flat surfaces for public use. We optimize grading design to minimize the amount of excavation and embankment of soil.
